EARTH＋GALLERYでは、ヒルトン東京(新宿)との協働プロジェクトとして、Hilton TOKYOロビーフロアChocolate Loungeにて、2か月毎に企画展を開催し、日本で活躍しているアーティストを海外からのお客様へ紹介しています。

2025年11月26日から2026年1月30日までの間は、株式会社デザインフィル　ブランドデザインマネージャーでもあり、美術とデザインの境界を飛び越え美の可能性を追求しているグラフィックデザイナーの浅岡美香の個展を開催いたします。

2025年11月26日〜2026年1月6日は、和紙にこだわり、四季折々の花と季節のうつろいを大胆な構図で描いた作品「季ごと」を発表いたします。2026年1月7日～1月30日までは「越前和紙」を使用し、まるで本物かと見間違えるような、寿司を表現したユニークな作品を発表いたします。

長年人々の日常に寄り添う文具のデザインを手掛けてきた浅岡美香ならではの、季節に合わせて訪れるゲストの気持ちに寄り添い展開する心配りを感じる展覧会です。

なお、開発にまつわる話を直接聞ける浅岡美香の在廊や、ギャラリー内で文具の販売を日時限定で行います。

「季ごと（紙シリーズ）」は、和紙にこだわり、日本人が大切にしてきた美意識を表現し、 四季折々の花と季節のうつろいを大胆な構図でデザインした季節の手紙です。日本人が大切にしてきた「余白の美」や、季節の柄に合わせて抄造している和紙へのこだわり、紙面上に花が有るままに咲かせ、季節の美しい記憶を表現するなど、随所にこだわりが詰まっています。
会場には過去に発売した100柄の便箋が並びます。百花繚乱の世界をお楽しみいただけます。

KIGOTO (Seasonal Letter) products are made with high-quality washi paper and embody an aesthetic long cherished by the Japanese people, with bold designs depicting seasonal flowers and the changing of the seasons. The beauty in blank space, which is a long-standing tradition in Japanese art, and washi paper made in line with seasonal patterns are key elements of the design. From the flowers blooming across each page as they do in nature to the artistic expression evoking beautiful memories of the seasons, every aspect epitomizes the designer’s dedication. With 100 letter pad designs from the series’ history on display, immerse yourself in a majestic world that feels like a profusion of flowers.

1,000年以上もの長い歴史と伝統に育まれた「越前和紙」を使用し、まるで本物かと見間違えるような、寿司を表現したカレンダーです。いわし特有の銀白色に光る皮の風合いや、いかのみずみずしい透明感など、寿司のネタの繊細な質感、新鮮さなどを表現するため、手書きでイラストを起こし、オフセット印刷とシルク印刷の効果的な組み合わせ作業を経て仕上げています。
寿司の楽しさも一緒に感じていただけるよう、白い皿に見立てた展示枠に24貫の寿司が並びます。

These calendars featuring photo-realistic pictures of sushi toppings are made with traditional washi paper from the Echizen region, which has a history going back over 1,000 years.
From the unique silvery-white shine of sardines’ skin to the glistening, clear squid, the texture and freshness of the sushi is brought to life in great detail by applying techniques that effectively combine offset and silk-screen printing to hand-drawn illustrations.
With 24 items displayed on a backing evoking the image of a white plate, the exhibition’s design fully expresses the experience of savoring sushi.

四季折々の花と季節のうつろいを大胆な構図でデザインした季節の手紙や、まるで本物かと見間違えるような、すしネタを表現したカレンダーなど、和とモダンを融合した作風が特徴的。
箱根の老舗ホテルのカレンダー、アメニティ、北鎌倉のフレンチレストランのペーパーアイテムのデザインも手掛ける。
Mika Asaoka’s work is characterized by a blend of traditional Japanese aesthetics and modernity, from letter paper with bold designs capturing seasonal flowers and the changing of the seasons to calendars featuring photo-realistic pictures of sushi toppings.
She also designs calendars and amenities for a historic hotel in the famous hot spring district of Hakone and paper items for a French restaurant in Kita-Kamakura.

原画はすべて手描きで。味わい深い、やわらかな線を大切にしています。
花びらや萼、茎、葉、雌しべなど、パーツごとに描き、パソコン上でそれらを組み合わせて花を仕上げます。
花そのままの姿を写すのではなく、使う方の「美しい季節の記憶」と重なるようなイメージの花を画面上で咲かせます。
All of the original art is hand-drawn, with a focus on soft, tasteful lines.
Each of the elements, such as the petals, sepals, stems, leaves, and pistils, are drawn individually and then assembled on a computer to form the flowers.
Rather than simply copying the exact appearance of flowers, I make flowers bloom on the page that will resonate with users’ beautiful memories of each season.
